Sending history
Check the messages sent to participants, their delivery status and the performance of each communication in Add On Sport.
In Communication → Sending history all event communications are listed with their date, subject and status.
Communication details
When opening a message from the history, you will see:
- Overall communication summary and its delivery performance
- The list of recipients, each with their individual status and the date sent (or the scheduled date)
You can search by email, name or team and filter by status.
Delivery statuses
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Scheduled | The sending is pending its scheduled date |
Pending / Not sent | Not yet processed |
Sent | The message has left the platform |
Delivered / Received | The recipient's server has accepted it |
Delivery delayed | The recipient's server is taking time to accept it |
Opened | The recipient has opened the email |
Click on link | The recipient has clicked on a link |
Bounced / Rejected | The address does not exist or the server rejected it |
Failed | The sending could not be completed |
If you see many bounces, check that the participants' emails are correct. Participants with a bounced email will not receive automatic notifications either.
