In Economic information → My rate you can check the commissions and fees applicable to your event at any time.
Commission structure
For each registration collected through the platform, the following applies:
- Fixed amount per registration (+ VAT)
- Percentage of the total registration amount (+ VAT)
The page shows your specific rate and a calculation example with the full breakdown: fixed fee, percentage, subtotal, VAT (21%), and final total.
Additional services
- WhatsApp sending: WhatsApp communications have a cost per message (+ VAT), which is displayed on this same page.
Cancellations
In case of registration cancellation, the transaction commission is retained, as the payment processing has already been completed.
Multiple payment transactions
The commission is applied per each payment transaction:
- If an addition is made to an existing registration, the commission is charged on the new amount.
- Each additional charge generates its own independent commission.
For example: an initial registration plus a subsequent addition are two operations, with two separate commissions.
