Control your event finances in Add On Sport: commissions, financial summary, settlements, and refunds.

The Financial information menu in each event's dashboard centralizes the event's finances. It contains two sections:

Additionally, in this section you will find documentation on refunds, which are executed from the participant list.
Key concepts
- Registration amount: the amount collected through the platform
- Commissions: the Add On Sport fee for each payment transaction (fixed amount + percentage, plus VAT)
- Refunds: amounts reimbursed to participants
- Event earnings: what remains for the organizer after commissions and refunds
- Settlement: the transfer of the pending amount to your bank account
Manual or free registrations do not go through the payment gateway, so they do not generate charges on the platform.
