Integrations
Connect Add On Sport with external services like Copernico by Timingsense to synchronize your event data.
Integrations allow connecting Add On Sport with external services so that your event data (for example, registered participants) is automatically synchronized with other platforms.
Available integration
The platform currently has one timing integration:
- Copernico by Timingsense: sends your event registrations to the Copernico timing platform (Timingsense Cloud), either in bulk or participant by participant.
How integrations work
Integrations are managed at two levels:
1. Organizer level
In Organizer → Integrations you register your integrations once, with their name, description, and the API Key provided by the external service. The integrations created here remain available for all your events.
2. Event level
In each event's dashboard, the Integrations section shows the services you have registered, grouped by type. From there, you activate the integration for that specific event and execute its actions (create the event on the external platform, synchronize participants, etc.).
There can only be one active integration per type in each event. If you activate a timing integration while another is already active, the previous one is automatically deactivated.
