Synchronize participants with Copernico

Send your event registrations to Copernico by Timingsense in bulk or participant by participant.

Last updated: June 11, 2026

Once the Copernico integration is configured and the event is created in Timingsense, you can send registrations in two ways: in bulk from the integration page, or individually from the participant list.

Bulk synchronization

From Event → Integrations → Copernico, in the Synchronization card:

  • Add all remaining participants: sends all event registrations that are not yet synchronized to Timingsense
  • Remove all participants: deletes all records synchronized in Timingsense for this event

The card shows a counter with the number of members currently in Timingsense, so you can check at a glance if the synchronization is up to date.

Individual synchronization

In Event → Participants, when the timing integration is active, each participant shows a synchronization button for Timingsense:

  • Add to Timingsense: sends that specific registration
  • Remove from Timingsense: if the participant is already synchronized, it removes them from Copernico

This is useful for last-minute registrations or to correct specific cases without repeating the full synchronization.

Data sent

For each participant, the following data is sent to Copernico, among others:

  • First and last name
  • Gender
  • ID document
  • Date of birth
  • Email and phone
  • Club and team
  • Bib number
  • Category (modality)
  • Country, nationality and city

If you modify a participant's data after synchronizing, synchronize them again (remove them and add them again, or launch the bulk synchronization) so that Copernico receives the updated data.

When the integration is deactivated in the event, all records synchronized in Timingsense are deleted.
