Event visibility
Visibility is set when creating the event and can be changed under Settings → Event information:
Public: visible on the platform's events page
Hidden: only reachable via direct link
Registrations open and close automatically according to the configured registration opening and closing dates.
Publish the event (links and iframe)
In the event menu, the Publish the event section gathers everything you need to promote it.
Links
Main link: the URL of the event's public website
Section links: direct links to each section of the site — Home, Information, Registration, My Registration, Participants, Organizer and Downloads
Copy any of them with one click to use on social media, press releases or emails.
Iframe for your website
If your organization has its own website, you can embed the event with an iframe:
Under Iframe settings, select the page to show (home, information, registration, downloads…)
Adjust the options: show navigation menu, show competition name and transparent background (uses your site's background)
Copy the iframe code and paste it into your page
The preview shows how the iframe will look on your website.
The most common iframe is the registration page without the menu: the participant registers without leaving your website.
