Dates

  • Event start date and end date

  • Registration opening and closing: the period during which the website accepts registrations. Registrations must close before or at the start of the event

Location

The event location is defined with a full address: use the address search (or enter it manually) and adjust street, city/municipality, province, postal code and country. Addresses outside Spain are supported.

  • Map: place the exact point by dragging the pin or clicking on the map; you can also enter the coordinates by hand. The pin takes precedence over the written address and is what shows on the public website's map

The postal code is required to enable the cancellation insurance.

Event visibility

  • Public: visible on the platform's events page

Limits and restrictions

  • Participant limit and team limit: the event's maximum capacity

  • Allow duplicates: controls whether the same ID number can register more than once in the event or in the same fee

  • ID/License restrictions: limits registration to a list of authorized documents, added one by one or imported from an Excel file. Restrictions can be tied to specific fees

  • Registration insurance: configuration of the insurance attached to registrations
