Under Settings → Cancellation Insurance you can offer your participants the ingood by Reale cancellation refund insurance.
How it works
No cost for the organizer: the insurance is taken out and paid for by participants who want it, during their registration
If the participant cannot attend for one of the covered causes, they request the refund from the insurer under the insurance terms
The page itself links the insurance's setup guide, product information, general terms and privacy policy.
Requirements
Before enabling it, the event must meet two requirements. The page shows the status of each one and, if you try to turn the switch on without meeting them, it tells you exactly what is missing:

Enable the insurance
Go to Settings → Cancellation Insurance
Turn on the ingood by Reale cancellation refund insurance switch
Click Save changes
From that moment on, participants will see the option to take out the insurance when registering. The cost is borne by the participant.
The insurance must be enabled on your organizer account. If the page says it is not available for your organizer, contact support from the chat.
