The event website can show a participant list so participants can check their registration is recorded. Under Settings → Participant list you control what is shown.
List visibility
Option | Description |
Show participant list | The individual list is visible to participants |
Show team list | The team list is visible |
Show team members list | Each team's members are visible |
Displayed information
For each list you choose which columns appear:
Registration fields: select the fields and their order
Bib: the participant's, the team's, or the participant's within the team
Chip: the participant's or the team's
A field can show only in specific fees (individual or team).
Receipt
With Allow sending receipt, participants can request their registration receipt to be resent from the list.
Save with Save configuration to apply the changes.
Show only the essential data (for example, name and bib). Avoid exposing unnecessary personal data on the public list.
