Sync participants with Copernico

Send your event's registrations to Copernico by Timingsense, in bulk or participant by participant.

Once the Copernico integration is set up and the event is created in Timingsense, you can send registrations in two ways: in bulk from the integration page, or individually from the participant list.

Bulk sync

From Event → Integrations → Copernico, on the Sync card:

  • Add all remaining participants: sends to Timingsense every event registration not yet synced

  • Remove all participants: deletes all the records synced in Timingsense for this event

The card shows a counter with the number of members currently in Timingsense, so you can check at a glance whether the sync is up to date.

Individual sync

Under Event → Participants, when the timing integration is active, each participant shows a Timingsense sync button:

  • Add to Timingsense: sends that specific registration

  • Remove from Timingsense: if the participant is already synced, removes them from Copernico

Useful for last-minute registrations or to fix one-off cases without repeating the full sync.

Data that is sent

For each participant, these fields (among others) are sent to Copernico:

  • First and last name

  • Sex

  • ID document

  • Date of birth

  • Email and phone

  • Club and team

  • Bib number

  • Category

  • Country, nationality and city

If you edit a participant's data after syncing them, sync them again (remove and re-add them, or run the bulk sync) so Copernico gets the updated data.

Deactivating the integration in the event deletes all the records synced in Timingsense.
