You can record registrations directly from the dashboard: useful for guests, on-site registrations or corrections.
How to register manually
Go to Participants and click the new registration button
Select the registration fee the participant will be registered with
Fill in the registration form with the participant's details
Complete the process
If the event has restrictions (by ID/license, age, gender…), they also apply to manual registrations.
Paying for a manual registration
Manual registration does not go through the payment gateway. Options for the charge:
Leave it pending and send a payment link from the list so the participant pays online
Complete the registration without a platform charge (for example, if you were paid in person or it's an invitation)
Manual or free registrations don't generate a platform charge; they show broken out in the financial summary.
