Set languages and translate

Add languages to the event and generate automatic AI translations in seconds.

Add languages to the event

  1. Go to Translations on the event dashboard

  2. Select the languages you want to offer on the event website

  3. Click Save and translate

On saving, the platform automatically launches the AI translation for all the event's texts: name, description, fees, form fields, web sections, discounts and emails. In a few seconds you have a complete first version in every language without typing a thing.

While the automatic translation is processing, don't close the browser tab. When it finishes, the page reloads with all translations saved.

Automatic AI translation

Automatic translation uses artificial intelligence to generate a quality first version in each selected language:

  • It translates all the event's texts at once when you click Save and translate

  • It respects sports terminology and adapts the tone to each language

  • You can rerun it at any time if you add new languages or update the original content

Even though the automatic translation is high quality, always review your sport's specific terms and proper names before publishing the event.

Review and edit translations

Translatable content is organized in groups: event details, fees and fields, web sections, discounts, bib series and emails. In each group:

  • Each text shows the original and an editable translation field per language

  • Use the search boxes to find a specific text

  • You can also edit the original text from here

Clear translations

Use the Clear option to delete the translations of the selected languages and start over. Useful when the original content has changed a lot and you want to fully regenerate.

Emails per language

Email subjects and the notification template are translated per language. Each participant receives the automatic emails in the language they registered in. If no template is configured, create it first under Settings → Registration notification.
