Under Statistics → Registrations you'll find the event's main metrics, evolution charts and distribution tables.
Main metrics
The key figures show at the top:
Metric | Description |
Participants | Active individual registrations |
Teams | Active registered teams |
Waiting list | People on the waiting list |
Total revenue | Total collected by the event |

Evolution charts
Accumulated registrations: the registrations' growth curve, with an Accumulated or Daily view. It helps you spot peaks (period opening, communications, price changes).
Registrations per day and gender: daily registrations broken down into male, female and unspecified.
Revenue evolution: takings over time.
Participant distribution
Gender distribution: percentage of men and women
Age groups: histogram by age range
Individual fees and Team fees: registrations per event fee
Tables by club, federation and province
Tables with the number of registrants (broken down by gender):
By club
By federation
By province
Each table includes a search box and buttons to export to Excel or PDF.
Demographic data comes from what participants enter in the registration form. If a field is not required (for example, the club), some registrants may show without that data.

The Full report button instantly generates a PDF with the key figures summary on the cover and one table per chart on the screen. It is not stored: it is generated and downloaded on the spot.
