Where to find it: Communication → Messages; families reply from Personal area → Messages.
Replaces the WhatsApp group: the club writes to a family or a whole team, the family replies from their personal area and everyone gets a phone notification. Threads are saved and ordered.
How to do it
Press “New thread” and pick a person (if they belong to a family, the thread is the family’s and every guardian sees it) or a team (a channel seen by its families and coaching staff).
Write the message; with “Also email” it reaches by email those without the app.
Family replies notify club staff by push and appear in the thread.
Enable notifications on your device with “Notify me on this device”.
Keep in mind
Coaches see their teams’ channels and direct threads.
A thread can be deleted; families stop seeing it.

Do families need to install anything?
No: they enter the personal area and, if they want notifications, accept them.
Can I message the whole club?
For mass communication use Announcements or Campaigns; threads are conversations.
