Where to find it: Personal area → Messages and Settings.
The family talks to the club from Messages (“Write to the club” opens their thread) and follows each team channel. In Settings they pick the language, enable phone notifications and re-link their records if needed.
How to do it
Messages: open a thread or reply; each club message notifies if enabled.
Settings → Phone notifications → “Notify me on this device” and accept the browser permission.
Settings → Language to switch between Spanish, English and French.
Install the area as an app from the browser prompt (“Add to home screen”).
Keep in mind
The personal-area header has a language menu with flags (each language written in its own language); the change applies immediately.
The My account page (clubs.addon-sport.com/account) is the same for the panel and the personal area: profile photo, name, language, light, dark or automatic appearance and password. In the panel it opens from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar, which also has the Language and Appearance submenus and a link to this documentation.
If the club gave you its own address (your-club.addon-sport.app), the sign-in page shows the club logo next to Add On Sport’s.
For platform questions, the support chat sits bottom-right once you are signed in.
Frequently asked questions
I get no notifications
Check that the browser has permission for the site and that the app is installed or open; on iPhone it must be added to the home screen.
