Where to find it: Activities and sales → Activities.
An activity is anything with registration: summer camp, beginners course, trip to a tournament, club dinner. People register from the website (anyone) or the personal area (members, with their price), and the charge is generated automatically.
How to do it
Create the activity: name, dates, venue, seats, price and member price, registration opening and closing, visibility (public or members only) and extra form questions.
Publish it. It appears on the website (block or “Activities” page) and in Personal area → Activities.
Each registration creates a charge if the activity has a price; with online payment it can be paid right away. Confirm or wait-list from the registration list.
Export registrations or send them a campaign with the segment “registered in X”.
Keep in mind
Families can cancel a pending registration from their area; confirmed ones are cancelled by the club.
Seats are deducted with every non-cancelled registration.
