Website forms and converting into members

Create forms (contact, beginners course, pre-registration) with identity fields and convert each submission into a person.

Where to find it: Club website → Forms and the “Form” block of any page.

You can create several forms (contact, “beginners course”, season pre-registration) and decide which identity data they ask for (first name, last name, email, phone, birth date, address, ID) plus your own questions. Each submission reaches the panel and becomes a person in one click.

How to do it

  1. In Forms press “New”: name, description, identity fields and own questions (text, email, phone, date, list, long text).

  2. Set the notification email and the confirmation text.

  3. Insert the form in a page with the “Form” block choosing the saved form.

  4. In Submissions review what arrives and press “Convert into person”: if the email exists it is linked; otherwise the record is created.

Keep in mind

  • Submissions can be archived and exported.

  • The “Sign up” predefined page already includes a full pre-registration form.
