From the phone the family sees everything of all their children in one calendar, confirms whether they will attend a session or match, joins activities paying right away and books courts or lanes.
Calendar
Month or list view with sessions, matches and activities; filter per person; cancelled ones appear crossed out. Every future session or match has “Going / Maybe / Not going” buttons per child: the club sees the summary. “Subscribe on your phone” downloads an ICS calendar for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
Activities
Activities open for registration with seats, dates and member price; “Register” picks whom and, with online payment, leads to the payment. Pending ones can be cancelled.
Bookings
Facilities the club allows to book: pick facility, day and person, see free slots and book; cancel your own. The system applies capacity and weekly maximum.
