Communication with participants
Send messages to your event participants and consult the history and delivery performance in Add On Sport.

The Communication menu in the dashboard of each event allows you to send messages to participants and track each delivery.

Types of communication on the platform
Type | When to use |
|---|---|
Automatic notifications | Confirmation email received by each registrant — customized in Configuration → Registration Notification |
Organizer communications | Messages that you draft and send to the participants you choose, immediately or scheduled |
The sender name and reply-to email for your messages are configured in Organizer → Basic data, in the notification settings section.
