Organizer basic data
Configure your organization's contact information, social networks, email sender, and logo in Add On Sport.
The organizer basic data is the information that represents your entity on the platform. It is used on your event websites and in communications with participants.
Access from Organizer → Basic data.
Contact information

Social networks
Link your organization's public profiles. They are displayed on your event websites:
- X (Twitter)
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Website
Notification settings
Define how the automatic emails that the platform sends to your participants appear:
Field | Description |

Sender name * | Name that the participant will see as the email sender |
Reply-to email * | Address to which participant replies will be sent |
Custom sender email | Own address from which to send emails (instead of the platform's generic one) |
Domain | Custom sending domain |
Password | Custom mail service credential |
The mail service is configured to use secure protocols.
If you configure a custom sender with your own domain, emails will reach participants from your corporate address, which improves trust and deliverability.
Organizer logo
Upload your organization's logo using the Upload image button:
- Recommended format: PNG or JPG
- Maximum size: 2 MB
The logo appears on your public event websites and in communications.
Save changes
Fields marked with * are mandatory. Click Save to apply the changes; they will be reflected immediately in your events.
