Manage discount codes
Check the usage of your discount codes, import and export them in Excel, and activate or deactivate them in Add On Sport.
List of codes
In Event → Discount codes all event codes are listed, with their status (Active / Inactive), and a search tool. You can filter by active and inactive codes.
From the actions of each code you can edit it or delete it.
Code usage
The usage tab shows every application of a code in a registration:

You can search by name, team or fee.
Import codes from Excel
If you already have codes generated externally:
- Click Import codes
- Download the template Excel
- Fill it with your codes
- Upload the file (.xlsx or .xls)
Export codes
With Export codes you download all discount codes in Excel, for example to distribute them in a campaign.
Edit or deactivate a code
You can modify a discount at any time: name, description, limitations (usage and dates) and fees it applies to, or change its status to inactive without deleting it.
If a code does not have a set usage limit, it could continue to be used until it expires by date. Always check the limitations.
