Discount types

When creating a discount code you choose between two types:

Percentage discount

Reduces the registration price by a percentage.

• Value between 1% and 100% (the percentage cannot exceed 100%)
• Example: 30 € fee with a 20% discount → final price 24 €

When to use it: early bird offers, discounts for groups, launch campaigns.

A 100% discount is equivalent to a free registration for whoever uses the code.

Fixed amount discount

Subtracts a fixed amount in euros from the registration price.

• Example: 30 € fee with a 5 € discount → final price 25 €

When to use it: simple and easy-to-communicate promotions ("5 € discount with code CLUB"), agreements with groups with a specific value.
