Event documents
Upload and manage the documents and files associated with your event on Add On Sport: regulations, authorizations, circulars, and more.

The Documents section of the event menu manages the documents and files associated with your event (regulations, circulars, authorizations, maps, etc.).
Upload a document
- Click Upload New Document
- Select the file — supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, JPG, JPEG, and PNG
- Indicate the file name (required)
- Confirm the upload
Manage documents
The list shows each document with its name, size, and creation date, and includes a search engine. For each document, you can:
- View document: open it in the browser
- Delete: delete the document (with confirmation; the action cannot be undone)
The public event website has a Downloads section, the direct link to which you will find in Publish the event.
