Publish and share the event
Make your Add On Sport event visible and spread it using direct links to each section, QR codes, and iframes for your own website.
Event visibility
Visibility is defined when creating the event and can be changed in Settings → Event information:
- Public: visible on the platform's events page
- Hidden: only accessible via direct link
Registrations open and close automatically based on the registration start and end dates configured.
Publish the event (links and iframe)
In the event menu, the Publish event section gathers everything you need to promote it.
Links
- Main link: the URL of the event's public website
- Section links: direct links to each section of the website — Home, Information, Registration, My Registration, Participants, Organizer, and Downloads
Click to copy any of them for use on social media, press releases, or emails.
Iframe for your website
If your organization has its own website, you can embed the event with an iframe:
- In Iframe settings, select the page to display (home, information, registration, downloads...)
- Adjust the options: show navigation menu, show competition name, and transparent background (uses your website's background)
- Copy the iframe code and paste it onto your page
The preview shows you how the iframe will look on your website.
The most common iframe is the registration page without a menu: the participant registers without leaving your website.
