Add On Sport offers several ways to give access to your team and collaborators.
Organization users
They are created under Organizer → Users. There are two levels:
Administrator: can change the organization's settings (details, POS, billing, users…)
Standard user: operational access to the dashboard without organization-level settings permissions
Co-organizers
Partner organizers with their own account and settings (pricing, billing, logo), managed from Organizer → Co-organizers. Useful for federations or companies serving several entities.
Access without a user account
To grant access without creating users, each event provides:
Registration links: links to register with special permissions (after the deadline, with no places left, hidden fees…) and an expiry date
External dashboard access: view-only access to specific sections of the event dashboard, ideal for press, judges, timekeepers or sponsors
Grant the minimum access needed: use links with an expiry date for temporary collaborators and keep the administrator role for those responsible for the organization.
