Under Settings → Registration links you create links to register with their own permissions — with their dates, their place limit and the fees they reveal. They are ideal for press, the organizing club or invitations.
Create a registration link
Click New link (or Create several at once to generate them in bulk)
Give it a descriptive name (e.g. "Press", "Invitations")
Configure permissions, visible fees, limit and dates

Permissions
Permission | What it does |
Skips the deadlines | Allows registering even after the registration period has closed |
Skips the places | Allows registering even when no places are left |
Free registration | Registrations made with this link are not charged |
Sees hidden fees | Whoever enters through it also sees the unpublished fees |
Visible fees
You can restrict which fees — individual and/or team — the form offers to whoever enters with the link. With nothing ticked, the link gives access to all fees.
Limits and expiry
The link's registration limit, or no limit: a global cap on its uses
Start and expiry dates: outside that period the link stops working
Managing the links
From the list you can copy each link to share it, edit it or delete it.
Anyone with the link can use the permissions it grants while it is active. Share it only with the right people and set tight expiry dates.
