Under Organizer → Co-organizers you can create partner organizers: entities with their own access and configuration that you manage from your account. Useful, for example, for federations or companies serving several clubs.
Create a co-organizer
Click Create Organizer and complete the sections:
Entity details
Organizer name and company name (required)
Tax ID (required)
Address (street and number, city and postal code)
The entity's logo
Contact and access
Email and contact details (required)
Sender name for their emails
Access password (when editing, leave it blank to keep it unchanged)
Financial configuration
The pricing that will apply to their events:
Commission %
Manual registration price
Free registration price
WhatsApp support price
Invoice configuration
The invoice series the co-organizer will use.
You must create at least one invoice series before creating a co-organizer.
Manage co-organizers
From the list you can edit each organizer, enable/disable them or delete them.
