Participants have a My Registration portal on the event website. Under Settings → My Registration you decide what they can do from there.
Participant permissions
Option | What it allows |
Show registration | The registration is visible to the participant |
Edit registration | The participant can edit their registration data |
Change registration fee | The participant can switch to another fee |
Charge/refund the difference | When switching fees, the price difference is automatically charged or refunded |
Cancel registration | The participant can cancel their registration |
Registration fields
Select which registration fields the participant sees in their portal.
Refund types
If you allow cancellation, define the available refund types based on notice:
Field | Description |
Days before the event | Up to how many days before this refund type applies |
Percentage or amount | How much is refunded (a % of the fee or a fixed amount) |
You can add several refund types to create a tiered policy (for example: 100% up to 30 days before, 50% up to 15 days before).
Remember the operation's fee is kept on refunds. See Refunds.
Save with Save configuration to apply the changes.
