The Tickets module generates QR-coded access tickets for participants. Each registration fee has its own ticket: independent design, delivery email and validation rules.
This feature is being rolled out progressively: if it doesn't appear in your menu and you want to use it, contact support from the chat.
Enable the module
Go to Settings → Tickets and click Enable Event Tickets. The event needs at least one registration fee created.
Configuration per fee
Select the fee and, in the Configuration tab, define:
Ticket name and description: the fee name, secondary name and description printed on the ticket
Identifier: prefix (max 5 characters) of the ticket number
Date and times: event date, doors opening and start time
Ticket delivery
Mode | What it does |
After registration | The email with the ticket is sent immediately when the registration completes |
Scheduled before the event | It is sent automatically the number of hours you set before the start (e.g. 24 = one day before) |
Besides automatic sending, you can always send tickets manually from Ticket delivery.
Validation rules
Allowed hours: the time window the ticket can be scanned in (leave it empty to allow any time)
Uses: maximum number of scans, or unlimited uses
Date validity window (optional): valid from / until
The same tab includes a test validator to check how a ticket will behave.
Ticket design
In the Design tab you choose the design's origin:
Predefined design: uses an existing template (not editable from the designer)
Visual designer: customize background and accent colors, background image, logo and text elements, dragging them directly on the preview. Texts support placeholders replaced with the participant's real data
Delivery email
In the Email tab you configure the email the ticket is delivered with: sender name, subject, content (rich-text editor with placeholders), colors, typography and logo position, with a preview. Sendings go out from [email protected].
