Where to find it: People → “Duplicates”, “Views” and “Export” buttons. The “Export” button is in every list of the panel.
Over time duplicate records appear (same name, different email). The detector finds and merges them keeping payments and documents. Views save search, filters, sort and columns so you return to them in one click. And any list (people, families, teams, sessions, charges, payments, books…) exports through the same dialog.
How to do it
Press “Duplicates”: you see suspicious pairs by name and date of birth, ID or email. Choose which one stays and merge.
Filter the list (team, member status, documents, tag, age…) and adjust columns; press “Save current view” and name it.
Press “Export”: choose the format (Excel .xlsx, CSV, PDF for printing or tab-separated text), tick the columns and, for PDF, the document title; press “Download”.
The export dialog
All rows: every row matching the current search, filters and sort is exported, not only the page you see; the dialog shows how many.
Columns: by default the visible ones, in table order; “All”, “Visible ones” and “None” change the selection at once and you can include hidden columns.
Header: tick “Include header row” so the first row carries the column names.
PDF: meant for printing; it carries the title you set, the date and row count, the club logo and name at the top and “Powered by Add On Sport” at the bottom. It switches to landscape when there are many columns.
Saved setups: save format, columns and header under a name (“Federation list”, “Phones by team”) and apply it in one click next time. They are stored per table in your browser.
Keep in mind
Merging cannot be undone; check which record stays before confirming.
Views are personal unless you mark them as shared with the whole organisation.
Export setups live in each user’s browser: they will not appear on another computer.
Frequently asked questions
Can I export only one team?

Which format should I use for the accountant or the federation?
Excel or CSV. PDF is for printing or sending as is, and tab-separated text for pasting into another tool.
Does it export hidden columns too?
Yes, if you tick them in the dialog’s column list; they are marked as hidden.
