Where to find it: On first login → “Create my organisation”; later in Settings → General.
Creating a club takes a minute: name, website identifier, country and language. The rest is completed in Settings whenever you like.
How to do it
Sign in at clubs.addon-sport.com with your email. If you have no account, create one from “Create account”.
Press “Create my organisation” and enter the name, the identifier (it is the website address: identifier.addon-sport.link), country, main language and currency.
In Settings → General complete the legal name, tax ID, contact email and phone, address and logo. They appear on receipts, emails, website and official books.
Tick the enabled languages if you want families of other languages to see the personal area in theirs.
Keep in mind
The website identifier cannot be changed easily later: choose a short, recognisable one.
The country sets the default chart of accounts (Spain: non-profit entities) and VAT rate.
New organisations start in trial mode with every feature; the plan is chosen in Settings → Plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I manage several clubs with the same account?
Yes. Switch organisation from the selector in the top-left corner.
Who can see my data?
Only the users you invite, with the role you give them. Families only see their own.
