Access code/URL

In Settings → Access code/URL you manage the special access URLs for the event: links that provide access with specific permissions and controlled expiration.

Create an access URL

1. Click to create your first access URL (or add a new one)
2. Configure:
3. • Type: standard or with special permissions
   • Expiration date: the URL will stop working after this date (or leave it unlimited)
3. Save

Manage URLs

The list shows each URL with its status (Active), permissions, and expiration date. From the actions you can:

• Copy the full URL to share it
• Edit the permissions and the expiration date
• Delete the URL

Anyone with the URL will be able to use the access it grants as long as it is active. Share it only with the right people and set an expiration date whenever possible.
