My Registration (registrant portal)
Configure what each registrant can do with their registration in Add On Sport: view it, modify it, change category, cancel it, and the types of refunds.
Participants have a portal My Registration on the event website. In Settings → My Registration you decide what they can do from there.
Registrant permissions
Option | What it allows |

Show registration | The registration is visible to the registrant |
Modify registration | The registrant can edit their registration details |
Change registration category | The registrant can change their category |
Charge/refund difference | When changing the category, the price difference is automatically charged or refunded |
Cancel registration | The registrant can cancel their registration |
Registration fields
Select which registration fields are shown to the participant in their portal.
Refund types
If you allow cancellations, define the refund types available based on how far in advance:
Field | Description |

Days before the event | How many days before the event does this refund type apply |
Percentage or amount | How much is refunded (a % of the fee or a fixed amount) |
You can add multiple refund types to create a tiered policy (for example: 100% up to 30 days before, 50% up to 15 days before).
Remember that the transaction fee is retained in refunds. See Refunds.
Save with Save settings to apply the changes.
