Private access URL
Create URLs that provide access to specific private sections of your event in Add On Sport, with a configurable expiration date.

In Configuration → Private access URL you can manage the URLs that provide access to the private sections of your event.
Create a private access URL
- Click New Access URL
- Configure the expiration date and select the sections that can be accessed (you can select or deselect all, and search for a specific section)
- Click Create URL
Manage URLs
For each URL in the list you can:
- Copy the full URL to the clipboard to share it
- Edit the expiration date and the accessible sections
- Delete the URL
When to use it?
- Grant access to communication history or internal sections to an external collaborator without creating a user for them
- Temporarily share event information with the timer, press, or volunteers
These URLs grant access without logging in. Always use expiration dates adjusted to the necessary period.
