Bib numbers
Design your event's bib number with the Add On Sport visual editor and manage bib assignments for participants.

The platform covers two aspects of bib numbers: their design (Configuration → Bib numbers) and their assignment to participants (Bib numbers section of the event menu).
Bib number design
In Configuration → Bib numbers you will find a visual editor to design the bib:
- Choose the orientation horizontal or vertical
- Drag elements to the canvas to compose the design
- Customize the background, text, border, and fill colors for each element
- Save design applies the changes; you can restore the last changes or revert to the default design
Bib number management
In the Bib numbers section of the event menu, you manage participant bib numbers, both for individual registrations and teams.
Each participant's bib number can also be edited from the participant list, and there is a platform bib number and an import bib number depending on the data source.
Bib numbers in the rest of the platform
- The bib number can be displayed in the public list of registered participants (individual, team, or participant within the team)
- The
{bibNumber}placeholder allows you to include it in communications - If you enable bib number exchange in Event information, participants can transfer their bib number
- The bib number is sent to Copernico when synchronizing participants
