Registration fees

The registration fees define how much each participant pays, how many spots are available, and who can register. They are managed in Settings → Registration Fees, with separate tabs for individual and team fees.

Create a fee

1. Click New fee
2. Enter the name (e.g., "General registration") and the description
3. Configure prices, limits, and options
4. Save changes

Each fee can be duplicated to quickly create variants, and can be marked as active/inactive and shown/hidden directly from the list.

A fee with associated registrations cannot be deleted.

Price configuration

Each fee has one or more consecutive price periods:

• Each price has a name (e.g., "Early bird price"), amount, and validity period with start and end date/time
• Ranges cannot overlap or leave gaps between periods
• You can align dates with the reset to start/end of registration buttons
• For each price you can show or hide the price and the number of participants on the web

This way, you get prices that rise automatically by date segments, without manual intervention.

Participant limits

You must limit the number of participants for the fee, either globally or by gender (male/female, with independent limits).

• The web can warn when fewer than 10% of spots remain
• With limit relationships several fees can share the same quota of spots

Waiting list

When spots are sold out, you can activate the waiting list:

• Disabled: the fee simply closes
• Enabled: interested parties join the list and enter if spots become available
• Enabled and with payment: those on the waiting list complete the payment

Restrictions

Each fee can be restricted by:

• Age: with different calculation types (age on event day, on registration day, as of December 31st of this year or next, or a custom date)
• Gender
• ID/License: list of authorized documents, importable from Excel with template and import report
• Prior registration: require the participant to be registered in another specific event or fee

Registration access and control

• Registration access: the fee may require a token or username and password to register
• Registration control: additional validations such as checking chip, bib number, mandatory documentation, or federated photo

Team fees

Team fees add their own options:

• Associate individual fee: each team member is linked to an individual fee, even by gender
• Lineup configuration: allows creating and editing team lineups
• Charging the fee difference when changing fees (see My Registration)
