Registration form
Customize the registration form fields for your event in Add On Sport: field types, conditions, extra costs, and team fields.
In Settings → Form you define what data the participant fills in when registering, with separate tabs for the individual form and the team form.
Form fields
Fields are managed in a table where you can create, edit, reorder, and delete them. For each field, you configure:
- Name/label that the participant sees
- Field type: text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns with options, date, etc.
- Mandatory
- Extra cost: a field can add an additional cost to the registration (e.g., bus, extra t-shirt, meal)
General and team fields
- General fields: filled in by each individual participant
- Team fields: filled in by the team during their registration (team registration form)
Show a field only for some rates
By default, a field appears in all rates. You can restrict it to specific rates (individual or team) by selecting them in the field configuration.
Conditions between fields
A field can be displayed only if a condition is met regarding another field (source field + value). For example, show "T-shirt size" only if the participant checked "I want a t-shirt".
Duplicate fields from another event
With Duplicate field from another event you can copy fields already configured in other events in your organization, saving work on recurring events.
Registration insurance
If your event offers insurance, the form can include its purchase. The platform will notify you if the insurance configuration is incomplete.
The privacy policy is always accepted during the registration process; you do not need to create a field for it.
