Duplicate an event
Create the new edition of your event on Add On Sport by duplicating an existing event with all its configuration.

If you organize the same event every year, duplicating saves you from configuring it from scratch.
How to duplicate an event
- In the dashboard, locate the card for the event you want to duplicate
- Open its options menu and click Duplicate
- The duplication wizard will open, similar to event creation: review the name, URL, dates, location, and contact
- In Existing fee configuration you decide how the original event's fees are transferred
- Click Duplicate Event
What you should check afterwards
- Dates of the event and the registration period
- Price periods for each fee (adjust them to the new calendar)
- Texts and sections of the website that mention the previous edition
- Discount codes: don't forget to create the ones for the new event
Registered participants are not copied: the new event starts with zero registrations.
