Manual registration

You can register entries directly from the panel: useful for guests, on-site registrations, or corrections.

How to register manually

1. Go to Participants and click the new registration button
2. Select the registration fee with which the participant will be registered
3. Fill out the registration form with the participant's data
4. Complete the process

If the event has restrictions (by ID/license, age, gender...), they also apply to manual registrations.

Manual registration payment

Manual registration does not go through the payment gateway. Payment options:

• Leave it as pending and send a payment link from the list so the participant can pay online
• Complete the registration without platform payment (for example, if you collected in cash or it is an invitation)

Manual or free registrations do not generate a charge on the platform; they appear broken down in the financial summary.
