Under Organizer → POS you manage your own point-of-sale terminals (Redsys). With your own POS, registration payments go straight into your account, instead of going through the platform's POS and its later settlement.
Add a POS
Click New POS
Fill in the details (all required), provided by your bank:
Field | Description |
POS name | Identifying name (e.g. "Bank X POS") |
Merchant code | The Redsys merchant code (FUC) |
Terminal number | The terminal assigned by the bank |
SHA512 key | The Redsys secret signing key |
Click Save
For security, the SHA512 key is not shown again when editing the POS. If you need to change it, type the new one over it.
Default POS
You can mark one POS as the default for your events. Then, in each event you choose between the platform's POS or your custom POS under Settings → Payment methods.
Implications of using your own POS
Payments go directly into your account: there is no pending settlement from the platform
Refunds are processed against your POS (Redsys)
