Fee structure
For each registration charged through the platform, the following applies:
A fixed amount per registration (+ VAT)
A percentage of the registration's total amount (+ VAT)
The page shows your specific pricing and a calculation example with the full breakdown: fixed fee, percentage, subtotal, VAT (21%) and final total.
Additional services
WhatsApp sending: WhatsApp communications carry a per-message cost (+ VAT), shown on this same page.
Cancellations
If a registration is cancelled, the operation's fee is kept, since the payment processing has already taken place.
Multiple charge operations
The fee applies per charge operation:
If an add-on is made on an existing registration, the fee is charged on the new amount
Each additional charge generates its own independent fee
For example: an initial registration plus a later add-on are two operations, with two separate fees.
