Under Settings → Registration Notification you configure the email template each participant automatically receives when completing their registration.
Edit the template
The template editor lets you customize:
Email subject
Email content: the message text, with the event and registration details
Colors: the email's main and secondary colors
Typography
The preview shows how the email will look when sent.
The email automatically includes the registration details and, if configured, the attached registration receipt.
Sending configuration
The Sending configuration section defines the email sender:
Field | Description |
Sender email | Address the email is sent from |
Reply-to email | Address that receives replies |
Custom sender email | Your own corporate address |
Domain and password | Credentials of the custom sending domain |
The email service uses secure protocols. These values inherit the organizer configuration, which you can adjust per event.
Besides the confirmation email, there are templates for other automatic communications (for example, registration cancellation, with the cancelled registration's details).
Sending via WhatsApp
You can enable Send receipt via WhatsApp so that, in addition to the email, the participant receives their receipt on WhatsApp. It carries an extra cost per message sent, which you can check under My pricing.
