Under Participants → Team registrations you manage the event's team registrations. This section appears when the event has team fees configured.
Team list
The table shows every registered team with: team name, team fee, amount, commission, payment status and description. Use the search box to filter by team name.

Team participants
Each team has its members linked to the individual fee associated with the team fee. From the team registrations list you can see each team's participants and manage their individual bibs within the team.
To manage the team's own bib (the team registration's bib), go to the Bibs section of the event menu.
Line-ups
If the team fee has line-ups enabled, you can manage each team's line-up directly from the dashboard.
Each team has a line-up section indicating which participants will compete
Team managers can manage their own line-ups from the team portal, as long as the event has a team access type configured under Event information. Without that access configured, teams cannot enter the portal
You can set a deadline (date and time) until which teams can modify their line-up
The line-up teams manage from the portal and the one you manage from the dashboard are independent and stored separately
Fields with extra cost
Team form fields can add extra costs that are added to the team registration's total amount.
Athletes from other clubs
When registration is club-based, a team can include athletes whose club is not the registering one, if the team fee allows it. The fee can set a per-team limit of athletes from other clubs, counting starters and reserves and excluding cancelled ones.
Federation check for members
If the team fee has no federation check of its own but the individual fee tied to the slot does, each member goes through that check before opening their data form. The fee can mark this check as optional: the verification is offered but can be skipped member by member; whoever verifies keeps their federated data (license, club, photo).
