Add On Clubs is Add On Sport’s all-in-one management platform for sports clubs, associations and academies. It works equally for a football club with 400 records and fifteen teams and for an archery club with 60 members and a few shooting lanes to book.
It has three parts sharing the same data: the management panel (clubs.addon-sport.com/o/your-club) for the board, coaches and treasury; the personal area (clubs.addon-sport.com/me) for members and families, with payments, documents, calendar, bookings and messages; and the club’s public website (your-club.addon-sport.link or your own domain) with shop, activities and forms.

Sports area: teams, sessions and attendance, matches, progress, gallery, facilities and equipment.
Activities and sales: camps and events, shop, access control and sponsors.
Communication: messages and push, announcements, campaigns, segments, automations and tasks.
Administration: fees, charges, payments, direct-debit batches, income and expense book and official accounting.

Keep in mind
Everything is available in Spanish, English and French; each user picks their language from the user menu (bottom of the sidebar: flags, each language written in its own language) and also the light, dark or automatic appearance. The club has a main language for its website and emails.
The panel works as a mobile app: add it to the home screen from the install prompt.
Once signed in, the support chat sits bottom-right in the panel, the console and the personal area.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser, on desktop and mobile. If you like, install the web app from the prompt shown on the phone.
Can a club have several sports?
Yes. Sections separate sports or disciplines and every team belongs to a section.
