Registration notification
Customize the email template that participants receive when registering for your Add On Sport event.
In Settings → Registration Notification you configure the email template that is automatically sent to each participant upon completing their registration.
Edit template
The template editor allows you to customize:
- Email subject
- Email content: the body of the message, including event and registration details
- Colors: primary and secondary email colors
- Typography
The preview shows how the email will look when sent.
The email automatically includes the registration details and, if configured, the registration receipt as an attachment.
Sending configuration
In the Sending configuration section, you define the email sender:

Domain and password | Credentials for the custom sending domain |
The email service uses secure protocols. These data inherit the organizer settings, which you can adjust for the event.
In addition to the confirmation email, there are templates for other automatic communications (for example, registration cancellation, including the details of the canceled registration).
