Registration receipts
Design the PDF registration receipts that can be generated for your Add On Sport event, with logo, colors, and QR code.

The registration receipt is the PDF document that proves a participant's registration. In Settings → Registration Receipts you manage the event's receipts and their design.
Manage receipts
- An event can have multiple receipts; create them with New receipt
- Each receipt has its own editable template
Design the template
The template editor allows you to customize:
Option | Description |
|---|---|
Main color | Accent color of the document |
Show logo | Includes the logo on the receipt, with control of scale |
Show QR code | Adds a QR code to the document |
The PDF preview shows the result in real time while you edit. When you are satisfied, click Save template.
How it reaches the participant
- Attached in the confirmation email of registration (according to the notification template)
- Downloadable by the participant from My Registration, if you allow it in the listing and registration settings
- Downloadable by the organizer from the participant list ("Download receipt")
The receipt is a proof of registration; it is not an invoice. To issue invoices to participants, consult the Billing section.
