Add On Sport

How to get started?

Quick start guide to set up your organizer account in Add On Sport and create your first event.

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This guide takes you step by step from the first login until your event is ready to accept registrations.

Step 1: Access the dashboard

The dashboard is at /registrations/dashboard. Enter your credentials and log in with your organizer account.

If you do not have access yet, contact Add On Sport to have your organizer account created.

Step 2: Set up your organizer profile

Before creating events, complete your organization's data in Organizer:

  • Basic data: name, logo, public description
  • Tax details: NIF/CIF, legal name, address — necessary for invoicing
  • TPV: connect your payment gateway to charge for online registrations

Without a configured TPV you can create events, but you will not be able to charge for online registrations. You can add it later.

Step 3: Create your first event

  1. In the dashboard, click New event and follow the creation wizard: basic information, dates, location and contact
  2. Set up the registration fees with their prices, periods and slots
  3. Customize the form with the data you need to collect
  4. Choose the payment methods for the event
  5. Set up the public website of the event

Step 4: Publish the event

Registrations open automatically on the configured start date. In the Publish event section you will get:

  • The main link and links to each section of the website
  • A configurable iframe to embed the event on your own website

Step 5: Manage registered participants

As registrations arrive, you can:

  • View the list of registered participants in real time
  • Send communications to the participants
  • Assign bib numbers
  • Export data to Excel

Getting started checklist

  • Complete organizer data
  • Configure TPV
  • Create the event and its fees
  • Configure the registration form
  • Review the public website
  • Publish the event
