Roles and access
Methods to access the Add On Sport panel. Administrator and standard users, co-organizers and access URLs.

Add On Sport offers several ways to provide access to your team and collaborators.
Organization users
Created in Organizer → Users. There are two levels:
- Administrator: can modify organization settings (data, TPV, billing, users...)
- Standard user: operational access to the panel without organization configuration permissions
Co-organizers
Associated organizers with their own account and settings (rates, billing, logo), which you manage from Organizer → Co-organizers. Useful for federations or companies that provide service to multiple entities.
Access URLs
To grant access without creating users, each event has:
- Access code/URL: special URLs with permissions and expiration date
- Private access URL: access to specific private sections of the event, ideal for press, judges, timers, or sponsors
Grant the minimum necessary access: use URLs with an expiration date for temporary collaborators and reserve the administrator role for those responsible for the organization.
