Co-organizers
Create associated organizers in Add On Sport with their own economic, billing, and access settings.

In Organizer → Co-organizers you can create associated organizers: entities with their own access and settings that you manage from your account. This is useful, for example, for federations or companies that provide service to several clubs.
Create a co-organizer
Click on Create Organizer and complete the sections:
Entity data
- Organizer name and company name (required)
- Tax ID/VAT (required)
- Address (street and number, city and postal code)
- Logo of the entity
Contact and access
- Email and contact details (required)
- Sender name for their emails
- Password for access (when editing, leave it blank to keep it unchanged)
Economic settings
The fee that will be applied to their events:
- % commission
- Manual registration price
- Free registration price
- WhatsApp support price
Invoice settings
The billing series that the co-organizer will use.
You must create at least one billing series before creating a co-organizer.
Manage co-organizers
From the list you can edit each organizer, activate/deactivate or delete them.
