Contact (query types)

In Organizer → Contact you define the query types that participants can choose when contacting you from the website, and which address each type arrives at.

Add a query type

1. Click Add query type
2. Complete:
3. • Name: e.g. "General inquiry"
   • Description: e.g. "Questions about schedules or location"
   • Destination email: e.g. [email protected]
3. Click Add

Manage query types

You can edit each query type (name, description, and destination email) or delete it.

What is it for?

Directing each query to the appropriate inbox prevents everything from arriving at a single email:

• "Registrations" → to the registration team
• "Press" → to communications
• "General inquiry" → to the general inbox

The public contact email for the event is configured in Settings → Event information; the global contact data, in Basic data.
